A multi-campus platform supporting alumni across 240+ affiliated colleges in Punjab.
The problem
Alumni of 240+ affiliated colleges in Punjab had no single place to connect with their institutions.
My role
I co-built the production platform.
Architecture and decisions
- JWT authentication with role-based access control, and administration scoped per campus.
- Community membership workflows.
- An interactive alumni map.
- Targeted web-push campaigns that send in resumable batches.
- Chunked CSV/XLSX imports that upsert records, so large files can be loaded safely.
Results
In production, serving 5,000+ alumni.
